This project was carried out in a 5-floor office building in Alexandria Sydney. The project covered 400 square meters of area and involved the creation of 4 offices, a board room, a storeroom and 26 work stations. The client had very strict schedule and budget requirements. They needed to move to the new premises without any down time for their workers.
We took care of the whole process including the flooring, power and data. We also upgraded the fire services including smoke detectors, sprinklers and emergency lighting.
After completing the new fit out, we performed a total make good on the old premises, which involved demolition of the walls, removal of the carpets, wiring and data. We also repainted the walls and ceilings. The whole project including the make good was completed on schedule without any down time to our clients as per their request. The clients were very satisfied with the result.
